A community of women in business across the South West, built by a volunteer committee who wanted the room they couldn't find.
HOW IT STARTED
IT STARTED WITH ONE ROOM AND A HUNCH
[Founding year] in the South West, a handful of women in business kept having the same conversation: the connection they wanted didn't exist down here, so they'd have to build it themselves.
What began as one event became a calendar. [X] years and [X]+ events later, Inspire + Collaborate is the room women come back to, for the speakers, yes, but mostly for each other.
Still volunteer-run. Still local. Still built on the belief that women in business do better when they do it together.
