I'm a woman who's passionate about communicating on themes of Matrescence, creativity and personal leadership. Under my business name I've supported clients with trauma, led yoga and music events, and I am now beginning to focus on writing.

I've lived a life as a pharmacist in 3 continents, and it didn't fulfil me. I chose to keep listening to my heart's calling, quit the pharmacy profession, study yoga and explore trauma-based modalities, and my passion for music & truth sharing is why I'm here. I love to meet others who live bravely, sustainably, and enjoy deeper connection.
